St. Joseph Healthcare, a member of Covenant Health, is seeking a full-time Physician for its Family Medicine Practice @ 21 Western Avenue in Hampden, Maine. 32 PCH, 4 days per week on average; limited on-call responsibility (rotating schedule) Patient-centered model with emphasis on spending quality time with patients Availability of an in-house, same day care clinic for overflow of acute visits Support services inclusive of robust Care Management, Pain Specialists, (embedded) Behavioral Health and Pharmacists Highly supportive, collegial work environment; Leaders are invested in personal and professional growth/balance for all Providers Candidates must be certified and licensed with the Maine Board of Licensure in Medicine or able to obtain State of Maine Licensure St Joseph Healthcare, a member of Covenant Health, has been a pillar of healing in the Bangor, Maine community for nearly 75 years.
