Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of our water and wastewater treatment plant operators to ensure efficient and safe operation of our facilities.
Conduct laboratory analytical testing to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Operate, maintain, and repair equipment, including pumps, valves, and control systems.
Monitor and document operating conditions, observations, and data in shift logs.
Diagnose and troubleshoot operational problems and take corrective action as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as environmental science or engineering, or equivalent experience.
5-7 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment operations, with a focus on supervisory or lead roles.
Strong knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes, including chemical treatment, biological treatment, and physical treatment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with operators, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
