Administrative Assistant / Health Insurance Enrollment Specialist

Rick Young & Associates, an Alera Group Company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Health Insurance Enrollment Specialist to join our team.

We're looking for a professional who can provide exceptional support in the enrollment process for clients, ensuring timely and accurate data entry, and excellent communication skills to address internal and external client inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promptly confirm receipt of enrollment requests and accurately process data entry updated member/subscriber demographic and benefits election information.
  • Communicate with clients to confirm request processing and address any inquiries with professionalism.
  • Track and report incoming requests and completion for management review.
  • Collaborate with internal and external clients to refine and evolve system and process to run more smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of recent data entry experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
  • An understanding of basic office technology platforms.
  • Ability to quickly and efficiently perform accurate data entry, as needed between various systems within the company.
  • Ability to adapt to change and develop new processes in a fast-paced team environment.
  • The capacity to work independently and problem-solve quickly.
  • Customer Service phone experience.
  • Suitability for a high-performance culture.
  • High energy, ability to prioritize, and a desire to work in a results-oriented, fast growth environment.
