We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language services to K-12 students. In this role, you will assess and treat communication disorders, working closely with students, teachers, and families to develop and deliver personalized therapy plans that address students individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate students to identify speech, language, and communication challenges.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
- Deliver both direct therapy and consultation services.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines.
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid ILSLP license and ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP).
- Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage caseload efficiently.
