  • Guide patients and their families through therapy evaluation and treatment processes
  • Collect and document comprehensive patient information
  • Conduct evaluations and implement treatment strategies tailored to each patient's diagnosis
  • Record patient responses to therapy and track progress
  • Monitor changes in patient conditions and respond appropriately
  • Perform pain assessments and take necessary actions

Required Certifications:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
  • Certified Hand Therapist
  • Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, and twist
  • Capability to crawl, squat, or kneel
  • Manual dexterity for handling, feeling, and grasping
  • Visual and auditory acuity

Weight Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and transfer patients

Work Environment:

  • Primarily indoor settings

Driving Requirements:

  • Occasional driving may be necessary for this position
