Key Responsibilities:
Solutions Delivery & Project Management
- Design and implement new technological capabilities and processes within the ERP system.
- Lead the development of standardized processes in JD Edwards, ensuring alignment with business and IT leadership.
- Enhance financial decision-making through improved utilization of JD Edwards functionalities.
- Research and propose system enhancements to continuously evolve solution capabilities.
- Drive the data analytics initiatives within JD Edwards tools.
Services & Operations
- Provide user support and troubleshooting for reported issues with a focus on quality and urgency.
- Consult on application solutions for various business units until they are integrated into enterprise standards.
- Document standard operating procedures to facilitate third-party support.
- Conduct training for system users on new functionalities and reporting.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in managing large-scale software projects.
- A minimum of 3 years in manufacturing or consumer products industries.
- Proficient in JD Edwards with experience in multiple modules.
- Strong collaboration skills with business partners and IT teams to develop effective solutions.
Skills:
- In-depth understanding of business processes across various functions, including finance and supply chain.
