About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Warren Center in Queensbury, NY.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting and recording vital information from new residents
  • Administering medications and injections as needed
  • Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores
  • Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
  • Assisting residents with personal hygiene and daily living activities

Requirements:

  • Valid LPN state license
  • Good standing with the State Registry
  • Ability to work as a team member

About Us:

Warren Center is an eighty-bed skilled nursing facility located at 42 Gurney Lane. Our facility provides a wide spectrum of nursing care to the residents of Warren County.

We provide short-term rehabilitation services to people who cannot immediately return to their homes due to an accident or illness. We also provide long-term care for individuals who are unable to care for themselves.

We look at each person from an individual perspective and utilize a team approach to develop a unique plan of care to meet their needs.
