Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Glens Falls Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing. This is a full-time evening shift position, offering a competitive salary and a $4,000 sign-on bonus.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and performing various nursing tasks. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collecting and recording patient information, including vital signs and medical history
  • Administering medications and injections as prescribed by physicians
  • Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores
  • Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as needed
  • Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing and dressing
  • Monitoring patient food and liquid intake and output
Requirements:
  • Valid LPN state license
  • Ability to work as a team member
  • Good standing with the State Registry
