At Right At School, we're dedicated to providing exceptional extended day enrichment programs for students. As a Part Time Program Manager, you'll play a vital role in inspiring a love of learning, supporting schools, and giving parents peace of mind.

About the Role

  • Organize program materials, document attendance, and maintain a safe environment for children.
  • Deliver engaging daily curriculum, promoting academic and social character-building.
  • Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to ensure children's well-being and attention.
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.

Requirements

  • Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills.
  • Strong classroom management skills and ability to use positive discipline.
  • Passion for inspiring a love of learning and engaging children in interactive activities.
  • Respect for and dedication to working with children with special needs.
  • 2 years of direct experience working with children under 13 and 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • 18+ years of age, High School Diploma or equivalent, and 12 college credits.
