Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote academic and social growth in children
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and play
  • Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and school personnel to ensure a seamless program experience
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve program goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood education or related field preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age
  • Ability to lift 25lbs and meet state-specific requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
