Substation Protection and Control Designer/Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Substation Protection and Control Designer/Engineer to join our Bryan team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culture involvement and a desire to progress within the organization. The company is open to discussing whether this position will be remote or hybrid.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and quality-controlling system protection and control projects for high-voltage utility substations, including relay one-lines, three-lines, AC/DC schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, bill of material, etc.
  • Collaborating with internal and external team members, such as Principal Engineers, Project Engineers, Electrical Designers, Physical Designers, Draftsmen, Project Managers, outside contractors, and support organizations.
  • Having experience in Substation Protection and Control Design, CAD, and Physical design.

Requirements:

  • 4-year engineering degree or technical degree
  • Experience with P&C
  • Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
