Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Services Associate at Chevron Stations Inc. (CSI). As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and ensuring accurate sales transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and thanking customers, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment by performing regular cleaning tasks, restocking shelves, and ensuring proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment.
  • Work effectively with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • Available to work a variety of hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Must possess required up-to-date food handling certificates, as required by law.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
