Job SummaryWe are seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through inbound and outbound telephone calls, as well as working with internal and external customers to ensure a high-quality customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Work with customers on a daily basis to sustain and improve business relationships.
- Account Setup and Maintenance: Ensure accurate account setup, maintenance, and the closing of all customer account information.
- Issue Resolution: Handle all customer issues by following our customer complaint resolution policy.
- Cash Handling: Perform soft collections for customers on credit hold or past due as well as some cash handling.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 or more year(s) of customer service experience.
- Skills: Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, strong organizational skills with typing and data entry experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Access.
- Citizenship: Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.
