About the Role

Sedron Technologies is seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team in designing, manufacturing, installing, and operating advanced water and waste upcycling technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Assembly: Install pumps, automated valves, electric motors, fans, sensors, heat exchangers, piping, insulation, cable tray, electrical cables, and hardware.
  • Preparation and Organization: Set up and organize part kits for assembly, ship prep components, and load/unload trucks.
  • Travel and Installation: Travel to remote sites for a minimum of 6 weeks per year to install equipment, including off-site pay, overtime, and per-diem.
  • Blueprint Reading and Interpretation: Read and work from mechanical blueprints and schematic drawings.
  • Equipment Operation: Use cranes, forklifts, man lifts, and scissor lifts.
  • Time Management and Prioritization: Prioritize duties and responsibilities to fulfill objectives.
  • Team Collaboration: Demonstrate the ability to work individually and within a multidisciplinary team, communicating and collaborating with technicians and engineers alike.
  • Safety and Compliance: Comply with all safety, 5S, and HazMat practices.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Work well under pressure, meeting and completing multiple deadlines.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Problem-Solving and Initiative: Demonstrate passion and excitement for solving difficult yet exciting tasks.
  • Attendance and Punctuality: Arrive to work on time and maintain good attendance.
  • Organization and Attention to Detail: Maintain good organization skills.

Requirements
  • Education: Minimum requirement is a high school diploma or GED.
  • Communication Skills: Must have effective verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
Additional Information
  • Compensation: Wage range for this role is between $20.00-$40.00/hourly.
  • Discretionary Bonus: Opportunities for additional compensation.
  • Off-Site Pay and Overtime: Additional pay for off-shifts, off-site work, and access pay.
  • US Citizenship or Legal Permanent Residency: Must be a US Citizen or legal permanent resident for this position.
