Job Summary:

Northern Light Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychiatric Clinician III to join our team. As a key member of our Consultation Services team, you will provide psychiatric evaluations and consultation to patients of all ages, working closely with our clinical supervisors and physicians to ensure the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and consultation to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with clinical supervisors and physicians to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Provide coaching, training, and supervision to frontline clinicians as needed.
  • Participate in peer review and quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with community services and providers to ensure the most effective and efficient care for our patients.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in psychiatric consultation or a related field.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
