Service Appointment Scheduler

Responsibilities:
* Schedule and manage service appointments between clients and service advisors
* Field basic questions and concerns about the services
* Keep a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered
* Attempt to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact
Requirements:
* Top-notch verbal, written and interpersonal skills
* Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
* Excellent phone etiquette
* A professional and courteous disposition
* Persuasive and results-oriented
* Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematic skills
