Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Test Supervisor to lead our test team and ensure the quality and reliability of our electrical products.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical testing principles and techniques, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily activities of the test technicians and ensure the accuracy of test results.
  • Work closely with R&D to develop and implement new test procedures and fixtures.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the test group.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and safety requirements.
  • Train and coach direct reports to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage the area's inventory and ensure the accurate completion of test documentation.
  • Administer performance appraisals and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Technical degree in electrical/electronic engineering.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in electrical testing, including 5+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Working knowledge of GMP and ISO requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
