* Perform spring opening and fall winterization of residential swimming pools per company guidelines.
* Conduct advanced chemical balancing and testing of water to ensure optimal pool conditions.
* Diagnose, repair, and replace swimming pool equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.
* Measure and install safety pool covers per manufacturer's guidelines.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all pool services performed.
* Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and meet customer expectations.

Requirements:

* High School Diploma/GED or equivalent preferred.
* 1-3 years of technical experience in a service industry required.
* General pool background experience required.
* Water chemistry experience required.
* NESP CMS & CMT preferred.
* Valid driver's license required.
* Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
* Perform duties that require lifting, bending, and kneeling for extended periods of time.
* Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
* Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent organization skills, quick learner, attention to detail, interpersonal and communication skills required.
* Team player with customer focus and self-motivated.
* Must be willing to travel.
