About the Role

This Inside Outside Sales Representative role offers a competitive salary of $25+/hour plus 4% commission on gross sales. You will be working in Kent, WA, serving a wide range of professionals and businesses in the construction industry.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers via phone from our Kent office or work from home days, leveraging strong phone and CRM skills.
  • Visit B2B clients and construction job sites to build relationships and close deals.
  • Collaborate with the team, assisting with pulling orders and meeting monthly or quarterly sales targets.

  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a knack for driving sales and finding creative ways to open new paths to success.
  • Resourceful thinker, able to identify potential clients, monitor industry trends, and leverage social media platforms to track leads.
