Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Contact Center Representative to join our team at Travis Credit Union. As a key member of our contact center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members via inbound calls, emails, and live chats.

Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer support through various channels, including inbound calls, emails, and live chats.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships by promoting and educating members about new products and services.
  • Manage product/service inquiries of a more complex nature, such as certificates and individual retirement accounts.
  • Follow up on member inquiries that require further attention.
  • Adhere to Contact Center policies and procedures when handling different topics.
Requirements
  • Passionate about helping people and able to learn quickly and acquire knowledge to assist members accurately.
  • Detail-oriented with above-average active listening skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal and professional written and verbal communication skills to handle inquiries and issues with tact and diplomacy.
  • Ability to interact with diverse groups of people and be a team player.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly salary range: $18.93-$23.38 per hour (Associate Contact Center Representative), $20.43-$25.24 per hour (Contact Center Representative), or $22.25-$27.49 per hour (Sr. Contact Center Representative)
