Job Summary:

Grane Rx is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Pharmacist to join our team. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in our pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day operational services, including processing new and refill patient prescription orders, preparation, and dispensing medications.
  • Work closely with Pharmacy Technicians and Order Entry Technicians in the preparation and dispensing of medications.
  • Perform clinical interpretation, including drug-drug, drug-disease, drug-food interaction, and allergies.
  • Communicate effectively with prescribers and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Ensure safety practices and procedures are followed, and assist in the enforcement of all company and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Comply with all applicable state and federal regulations related to pharmacy practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree in Pharmacy.
  • Current Pharmacist licensure in PA in good standing.
  • At least 1 year of recent experience in long-term care, retail, or hospital pharmacy.
  • Experience and knowledge base of intravenous admixtures services preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with English as the primary language.
  • Strong customer service skills, time management skills, and ability to problem-solve.
