**Job Summary**
Grane Rx is seeking a highly skilled and experienced pharmacist to join our team as a Staff Pharmacist. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational services, ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of medications, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and healthcare providers.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide clinical interpretation and guidance on medication therapy, including drug-drug, drug-disease, drug-food interaction, and allergies
- Process new and refill patient prescription orders, preparation, and dispensing of medications
- Work closely with Pharmacy Technicians and Order Entry Technicians in the preparation and dispensing of medications
- Communicate effectively with prescribers and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
- Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations related to pharmacy practices
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
**Requirements**
- B.S. or PharmD degree in Pharmacy
- Current Pharmacist licensure in PA in good standing
- 1+ year's recent experience in long term care, retail, or hospital pharmacy
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills, time management skills, and ability to problem solve
