As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for generating efficient CNC programs offline for 3-axis and 5-axis machines, developing machining strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate efficient CNC programs offline for 3-axis and 5-axis machines
  • Develop machining strategies to produce parts efficiently
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes
  • Create process models and necessary fixturing for programming
  • Create and modify offline CNC programs using NX Cam software
  • Validate CNC programs and ensure accuracy
  • Data management utilizing PLM software
  • Output and edit output code to run automatically on requested work center
  • Specify and design cutting tools used in the machining process
  • Troubleshoot machining results and work holding issues with production personnel

**Salary:** $80,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Requirements
  • AS in Machining Technology or related experience
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as an offline CNC programmer
  • Proficient in cutting tool design and specification
  • Knowledge of feed and speed calculations for optimal material removal rate
  • Proficient reading and interpreting blueprints
  • Proficient with GD&T both ASME Y14.5 1994 and ASME Y14.5 2009 requirements

**Location:** Quest Global HQ, Singapore or other locations depending on business needs

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. This is a full-time position, and we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
