**Job Summary**

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our client's team as Mechatronics Engineers - Field Operations. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to machine tools equipment at customer sites.

**Responsibilities**

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to machine tools equipment at customer sites
  • Providing operational support to customers, addressing operation and programming challenges effectively
  • Maintenance and assistance: performing routine maintenance tasks and providing essential support to customers as required
  • Tool and parts selection: providing recommendations and aid in the selection and procurement of machine tools and replacement parts necessary for repairs
  • Documentation and reporting: preparing and submitting accurate and timely installation, service, and expense reports electronically

**Requirements**

The ideal candidate should possess an Associate's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with mechatronic technology. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. The candidate should also have electromechanical aptitude and skills, working experience hands-on with electro-mechanical equipment, and familiarity with machining tools, milling machines, lathes, and/or CNC machines.
