We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our Oncology Clinic team at UT Health Austin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting patient evaluations, triaging specialty care as needed, and providing quality care through evidence-based clinical care pathways.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct patient evaluations and triage specialty care as needed
- Provide quality care through evidence-based clinical care pathways
- Assess and respect patient values and preferences regarding care decisions
- Adapt behavior to specific patient populations
- Provide patient and family-centered care
- Participate in quality assurance audits and provide real-time feedback
- Collaborate with the team to maximize performance and quality
- Support research initiatives within the clinic
