Job Title: Senior Residential Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Residential Support Specialist to join our team at North Suffolk Community Services Inc. in Boston, MA. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $65,000 per year.

Job Description:

The Senior Residential Support Specialist will provide direct services to individuals living in a residential setting, helping them develop daily living skills, manage finances, and achieve overall health and well-being.

  • Engage with clients to identify personal priorities and goals, and assist them in developing recovery plans.
  • Provide transportation, skill-building, and risk mitigation services as needed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in medication administration and follow MAP and DMH policies.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience working with individuals with severe mental illness and/or substance use disorders.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to become certified in MAP and CPR/First Aid within five months of hire.
