Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all roofing operations on residential projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Effectively manage and schedule subcontractors and teams to adhere to project timelines.
  • Conduct regular site evaluations to assess progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
  • Address and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of project developments, including daily logs and material usage.
  • Engage in regular communication with clients to provide updates and address any inquiries or concerns.
  • Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and other team members to facilitate seamless project execution.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in residential roofing, with a demonstrated track record in a supervisory capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety protocols.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications accurately.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications in roofing or construction management.
  • Experience with various residential roofing systems.
  • First Aid/CPR certification.
