Job Opportunity at Recess Campus Lounge CorpWe are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our front of house team as a Front of House Team Member.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with our kitchen team to ensure seamless service, maintaining a high level of communication and coordination.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a sense of community and camaraderie among colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work a minimum of three shifts per week, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods, with regular breaks and opportunities for rest.
