Job Title: Front Desk Staff

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Staff member at the Jewish Community Center of Denver. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all who visit our facility.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk area, including answering phones, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with members and guests, promoting a sense of community and belonging within our center.
  • Assist with special events and programs, including setup, registration, and cleanup.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including administrative tasks and facility maintenance.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform other duties as assigned.
