About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth management of our properties, including marketing, leasing, and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Marketing and Leasing Functions: Oversee all marketing and leasing activities to ensure maximum occupancy and revenue growth.
  • Direct Oversight of Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and accurate financial records.
  • Hire, Train, and Evaluate Staff: Recruit, train, and evaluate office and maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Administer Site-Specific Programs: Ensure compliance with applicable agencies, such as HDC, HCR, and HUD, and administer site-specific programs as required.
  • Tenant/Landlord Relations and Conflict Resolution: Manage tenant/landlord relations and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Collect Security Deposits and Rents: Collect security deposits and rents, and institute proper procedures against delinquent accounts.
  • Oversee Day-to-Day Maintenance Operations: Ensure the maintenance of properties, including repairs, renovations, and capital improvements.
  • Prepare Weekly and Monthly Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial reports to management.
  • Develop and Maintain Property Financial Budget: Develop and maintain property financial budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial planning.
  • Special Projects: Participate in special projects as assigned by management.
