Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with clients, delivering intensive ABA interventions under the supervision of our experienced Behavior Analysts. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality, individualized treatment to clients, while also supporting their families and caregivers.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver 1:1 direct ABA treatment to clients to increase skills, decrease problem behaviors, and strengthen behavioral supports
- Work closely with supervising BCBA and other team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Support parent and caregiver training as directed by the BCBA
- Collect data and document client records to monitor progress and inform treatment decisions
- Communicate regularly with parents, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless treatment plans
- Competitive hourly rates, starting at $20.50/hour

- 1-2 years of experience working with children, preferably in a caregiving or educational setting
- Obtained or pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in psychology, teaching, or a related field
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a passion for helping others
