As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, overseeing vehicle inspections, and leading a team of technicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by listening to and consulting with customers, following up on services requested, and providing estimated completion times.
  • Vehicle Inspections: Oversee complete vehicle inspections, make comprehensive recommendations, and build computerized repair orders.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and train a team of technicians, ensuring they are equipped to provide top-notch service to our customers.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.
  • Technical Skills: Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic technician jobs, as well as oversee technicians' inspections, diagnosing, and repairing of domestic, European, and Asian cars and light trucks.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of store or service manager experience is preferred but not required.
  • Automotive Knowledge: General automotive knowledge and a valid driver's license are required.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent customer service disposition, good communication skills, leadership ability, team building skills, and the ability to follow directions and process are essential.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to use computers and software, as well as a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
