Fleet Response is seeking an experienced Water Mitigation Technician Lead to join our team
Job Summary:As a Water Mitigation Technician Lead, you will be responsible for leading our mitigation teams in responding to customer disasters. Your primary goal will be to assist customers quickly, efficiently, and professionally to mitigate the damage from worsening in their home or business through the timely and effective delivery of emergency mitigation services.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage jobsites and oversee the delivery of mitigation services.
- Coordinate on-site resource planning of technicians and materials on assigned projects.
- Plan and execute assigned projects to completion, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Complete documentation, including dry logs, customer contracts, moisture maps, and final job documents.
- Ensure job management software and job files are updated accurately and timely.
- Maintain communication and flow of paperwork from the job site to all involved parties.
- Perform project completion inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Communicate with customers regarding their needs, our capabilities, and job progress.
- Develop, train, mentor, and assess technicians.
- Participate in all required training.
- Maintain a valid driver's license.
- Pass an annual MVR - Motor Vehicle Record check.
- Wear appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment) and a respirator when required by job.
- Employee may be required to sit, stand, bend, kneel, sometimes in tight spaces.
- Employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 lbs. and occasionally lift and/or move 75 lbs.
- Work is predominantly performed at a customer's property where you may encounter standing water, sewage, fire damage, smoke, mold, or other organic growth (PPE is provided).
- $22.00-$25.00 plus overtime and on-call bonus.
