Job Summary
McLaren Bay Region is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Clerical Associate II to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our department or office.
Key Responsibilities- Provide general office support, including faxing, copying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Answer and direct phone calls, responding to inquiries and providing information as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing office correspondence, preparing and sending letters, emails, and other communications.
- Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and take minutes to ensure accurate records.
- Update and maintain databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Compile reports using established formats and procedures, presenting findings and recommendations as needed.
- Communicate with customers and staff to answer questions and provide support.
- Troubleshoot problems with office equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum two years of clerical experience, with a focus on administrative support and office operations.
