  • Inventory Management: Ensure that all supplies and equipment needed by field service technicians to perform their daily jobs are in stock and available for distribution.
  • Parts Fulfillment: Use of RFID scanner to pick and pack parts to fulfill parts and order requests.
  • Inventory Control: Receive inbound shipments and issue parts to field service technicians.
  • Stock Maintenance: Maintain stock of serviceable equipment by use of cycle counting and inventory.
  • Tool Calibration: Inspect and calibrate tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working order. Flag unserviceable equipment and provide replacement as needed.
  • Parts Identification: Use of parts manuals, online schematics, online parts resources, and other sources to identify needed parts.
  • Customer Communication: Advise customer and field service technicians of parts needed according to description.
  • Supply Chain Management: Performs pickup of necessary supplies as needed to support operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
