Nicholas Ross Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our team. As an Inventory Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Ensure that all supplies and equipment needed by field service technicians to perform their daily jobs are in stock and available for distribution.
- Parts Fulfillment: Use of RFID scanner to pick and pack parts to fulfill parts and order requests.
- Inventory Control: Receive inbound shipments and issue parts to field service technicians.
- Stock Maintenance: Maintain stock of serviceable equipment by use of cycle counting and inventory.
- Tool Calibration: Inspect and calibrate tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working order. Flag unserviceable equipment and provide replacement as needed.
- Parts Identification: Use of parts manuals, online schematics, online parts resources, and other sources to identify needed parts.
- Customer Communication: Advise customer and field service technicians of parts needed according to description.
- Supply Chain Management: Performs pickup of necessary supplies as needed to support operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
