You will be responsible for collaborating with facility staff, family members, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care tailored to the residents' needs.

Required Qualifications:
  • Current board certification in your field as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant.
  • Masters Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills preferred.
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
