We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Addiction Recovery Services (ARS). As an LPN, you will be responsible for dispensing medications, monitoring inventory, and maintaining accurate medical records. Responsibilities:
* Dispense medications as prescribed by physicians
* Monitor medication inventory and report any discrepancies to charge nurses
* Reconcile inventory of Methadone and Suboxone at conclusion of dosing
* Sign and process physician orders, entering notes and flags as required
* Process phase change requests and participate in treatment team meetings
* Maintain proficiency with state licensure standards, CARF standards, 42 CFR, and HIPAA standards

Requirements:
* Graduation from an accredited nursing program and active LPN license in Pennsylvania
* Understanding of substance abuse principles and practices
* Ability to make independent decisions and work effectively in a team environment
* Proficient in personal computer use and excellent written and oral communication skills
* Successful completion of state required background check and training
