About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess 1+ year of experience in general building maintenance or a related field. A valid driver's license is required. Familiarity with construction principles and routine maintenance practices is essential.

This role involves maintaining and repairing buildings, including but not limited to: electrical switches, wiring, light fixtures, plumbing, and HVAC systems. You will perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing filters and checking systems, and conduct repairs in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Estimated Salary: $52,375 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.
