About the Role

The Department of Pediatric Developmental Behavior at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant II to support our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Division Lead and Medical Director
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Manage correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and databases
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
