Key Responsibilities:
1. Uphold the Sonesta Service promise in all guest interactions, adhering to the G.U.E.S.T. standards.
2. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, taking necessary actions to ensure satisfaction.
3. Execute cleaning and servicing of designated rooms or areas, which includes:
- Making beds and dusting surfaces
- Vacuuming and sanitizing bathrooms
- Disposing of waste and maintaining cleanliness in all areas
4. When responsible for laundry duties, monitor supplies and equipment functionality, ensuring adherence to operational standards.
5. Process soiled linens, inspecting for damages, and manage the folding and storage of clean items.
6. Minimize waste of supplies and maintain efficient use of resources.
7. Participate in deep cleaning projects as needed.
8. Report maintenance needs or safety hazards to the supervisor.
9. Manage lost and found items according to established protocols.
10. Foster teamwork and effective communication with colleagues across shifts and departments.
11. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all levels.
12. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred.
- Experience in the extended stay sector is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English is preferred; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills are required.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, kneel, and move throughout the facility.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 75 pounds.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning products is necessary.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
