Responsibilities

  • Use medical software to assist in practice needs.
  • Be flexible and adjust to a fast-paced environment with unexpected changes.
  • Work productively with and without direct supervision.
  • Collaborate as a team member.
  • Schedule screening and recall procedures.
  • Complete paperwork associated with procedure preps.
  • Monitor calls from patients regarding preps and procedures.
  • Mail recall letters.

Requirements

  • Possess excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Have good judgment and insight.
  • Have hands-on experience with medical software and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations.
  • Customer-oriented communication skills.
  • High school diploma or GED.
