Granite State Gastroenterology is a clinician-led specialty group practice providing GI care to diverse communities in Southern New Hampshire. We prioritize patients over profits and collaboration over ego, driven by a singular goal: our patients' health.

Responsibilities
- Use medical software to assist in practice needs.
- Be flexible and adjust to a fast-paced environment with unexpected changes.
- Work productively with and without direct supervision.
- Collaborate as a team member.
- Schedule screening and recall procedures.
- Complete paperwork associated with procedure preps.
- Monitor calls from patients regarding preps and procedures.
- Mail recall letters.
Requirements
- Possess excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Have good judgment and insight.
- Have hands-on experience with medical software and MS Office.
- Knowledge of healthcare operations.
- Customer-oriented communication skills.
- High school diploma or GED.
