About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a part-time basis. As a nurse at Augustana Care Corporation, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitoring for effectiveness and response.
  • Manage medications, supplies, and equipment, including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of items in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
  • Notify clinical managers, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and take follow-up action as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Requirements
  • Current MN Nursing License required.
  • CPR certified preferred or willing to get.
  • Experience in Long Term Care preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
