Work Schedule & Compensation:
1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM - 3:15 PM; Friday 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM with overtime available after 10:00 AM

Position Overview:
The Assembler I plays a crucial role in the assembly of Euro Cabinets by attaching doors, drawers, and hardware.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Review construction orders and prioritize tasks.
2. Communicate with drafters to clarify job specifications and programming requirements.
3. Perform touch-ups and repairs as necessary.
4. Set up and operate various machinery, including chop saws, edge banders, routers, dowelers, and pocket screws.
5. Assemble cabinets using specialized parts or hardware, adjusting construction methods as needed.
6. Maintain awareness of other departments, such as drawers, parts, and doors, to ensure job completion.
7. Organize and gather necessary components, including doors, drawer parts, and hardware, to meet weekly production goals.
8. Ensure proper setup to guarantee quality construction.
9. Acquire knowledge of different wood species and their characteristics.
10. Execute basic mathematical calculations and accurately read measurement tools, such as tape measures.
11. Assist in other areas as required.
