User Experience Researcher

Job Summary:
Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a skilled UX Researcher to join our team. As a UX Researcher, you will be responsible for gathering insights about user needs and behaviors through various qualitative and quantitative methods. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and engineers, to inform and validate design decisions. Your findings will contribute directly to improving the usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct user research to identify user needs and behaviors
Develop and implement research plans and protocols
Analyze and interpret research data to inform design decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate design solutions
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in UX research
Proficiency with research tools and methods, both qualitative and quantitative
Portfolio or examples of previous research work is required
