Site Administrator, 2nd Shift
Job Summary
The Site Administrator, 2nd Shift, is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the site, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of employees within the shift and assigned buildings.
- Assist in managing the overall activities of a project(s) and supervise the project crew.
- Coordinate services activities for assigned buildings, ensuring that services are performed as contracted and meet customer specifications.
- Maintain/monitor work schedules of all shift personnel, including the preparation and submission of weekly payroll time sheets.
- Establish/maintain work performance standards.
- Conduct quality assurance checks and manage materials inventory, as well as general use of equipment, including key controls.
- Perform daily quality control inspections in all eight school locations.
- Staff recruiting and new hires paperwork submission.
- Supply ordering on the purchasing system.
- Resolve on-site services delivery problems.
- Participate in ongoing management/technical skills development training programs, including safety and safety site committee.
- Conduct orientation of new employees, develop employees' skills/abilities.
- Maintain effective ongoing customer relations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- One to three years of administrative and quality control experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Motivated individual and proactive.
- Background check and drug test required.
- 1-3 years of administrative experience.
- Able to work flexible schedules if needed.
- Have their own vehicle for transportation within the sites.
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
