Position Overview:
Support the Campus Director in managing responsibilities associated with the Child Nutrition Program, attendance issues, and various daily operations.

Qualifications:

Education/Certification:
Completion of a one-year certificate from a college or technical institution; or three to six months of relevant experience and/or training; or a suitable combination of education and experience.

Experience:
Experience in a school office setting is advantageous (preferred).

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Access, and Excel. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with staff, students, and parents. Capable of organizing and accurately processing claims for any meal program provided.

Manage and oversee the meal program in compliance with federal and state regulations.

Compile daily and monthly reports and submit them to Central Administration. Respond to phone inquiries to provide information, take messages, or redirect calls. Assist the principal with attendance-related procedures.


Event Calendar Management:
Maintain a schedule of school activities.

Equipment Utilization:
Utilize all necessary equipment to perform the duties and responsibilities outlined above.
