We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN House Supervisor to join our team at Lee's Summit Medical Center. As a key member of our nursing department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leadership to our staff.
Key Responsibilities- Acts as the Administrator of the hospital in the absence of management during evenings, nights and weekends
- Responsible for staffing, emergency direction and handling complaints appropriately
- Notify the Administrator on call of any emergent situations that might jeopardize the facility or as required by policy/protocol
- Immediate counseling employees for actions that are against policy
- Current state of Missouri RN or Compact licensure required
- BLS certification required at hire and maintained
- ACLS required within 6 months
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Three 5 years of nursing experience in a hospital environment
- One year as a charge nurse or other management position preferred Critical Care experience preferred
