About the Role
Our client, a leading technology firm, is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to enhance their finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Streamlining processes and enhancing efficiencies within the finance team's operations;
- Collaborating with department heads to identify and fulfill financial analysis requirements;
- Formulating, coordinating, and presenting budgets and forecasts for various departments;
- Overseeing financial components of special initiatives by identifying key factors, conducting thorough analyses, and delivering insights;
- Conducting monthly financial reporting and variance assessments;
- Analyzing product margins and overall performance, including Business Unit evaluations;
- Providing executive management with comprehensive budgets and regular forecasts, covering aspects such as Profit and Loss statements;
- Assessing operational performance for upcoming quarters and fiscal years;
- Evaluating customer and regional margins and performance metrics;
- Actively participating in the broader Finance team to facilitate the implementation of new financial regulations, systems, and processes;
- Managing annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, including regular reforecasting processes;
- Generating ad-hoc financial reports for management as needed;
- Creating management reporting packages in a timely manner, clearly outlining risks and opportunities;
- Monitoring marketing expenditure, analyzing budget variances, and supporting the growth of the marketing department in their decision-making processes.
