Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our Dining Services team at Healthcare Services Group. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing and serving high-quality food to our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food in accordance with dietary guidelines and established policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary environment in the kitchen, adhering to safety, sanitation, and quality guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for residents and guests.
  • Utilize protective gear and follow infection control policies to prevent the spread of illness.
  • Complete assigned tasks on time with attention to detail, meeting deadlines and expectations.
Requirements
  • Positive attitude and ability to follow instructions and guidelines.
  • Leadership skills to accomplish tasks independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in food preparation is preferred, but not required.
  • Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification is required.
  • Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine tasks continuously.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
