A Competitive Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

As a Maintenance Supervisor at Lepage Bakeries Park St, you will be responsible for ensuring that our plant facilities and equipment are maintained according to high standards.

You will assist the Maintenance Manager or Superintendent in performing assigned duties, plan and assign work for engineering personnel, and supervise the repair and maintenance of all plant machines and equipment.

About the Job:

  • Ensures plant facility and equipment are maintained according to standards.
  • Assists Maintenance Manager or Maintenance Superintendent in the performance of assigned duties.
  • Plans, assigns and supervises work of Engineering Personnel on assigned shift.
  • Trains new employees in accordance with established training programs and plant procedures.

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of proven leadership or supervisory experience in industrial operations, maintenance or utilities operations.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in Industrial Electrical wiring, motor control, PLC, Equipment repair, Industrial Equipment installation, start-up, repair, etc.
